Arrange for an on-site technical surveyA qualified engineer will visit your premises to complete an extensive technical survey. This will include establishing the room’s construction; floor and ceiling access, wall fixing options, electrical and data points and cable routes. This may also include meeting with other contractors to agree how best to proceed.

Presentation of our formal proposalArdentAV will return to site to formally present a specific audio visual proposal covering the technical specification, associated costs, timescales and implementation to deliver your presentation needs.

Implementation & Project MeetingsUpon receipt of an instruction to proceed, ArdentAV will in accordance with the proposal install the audio visual equipment (such as digital projectors, screens, audio, cabling, controls, etc). Then test, commission and complete a thorough staff training session. In addition we will participate in all project meetings to assist with the efficient planning of the scheme.

Maintenance & Support of your audio visual equipment
Complementing the standard manufacturer equipment warranties, ArdentAV can provide an on-going, on-site, maintenance and support agreement. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a fault, your system downtime is short and that issues can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
